<snip> Does anyone on the List have any suggestions on mounting TV's and
    VCR's on
    wall mounts? <snip>

I have a 44' Marine Trader aft cabin. I purchased a wall mount TV stand at
HQ a few years ago. On the 44' MT there is a closet forward Port corner of
the aft cabin. I mounted the swivel TV stand over the closet so it will
swing into the salon for viewing or back into aft cabin for viewing.

It was a tight fit and had to remove peg type top rail on closet for
clearance for the 13" Panasonic TV/VCR combo. It just clears and centers in
entry way to aft cabin viewable from all seating in main salon.

Underway I swing into the aft cabin and use a bungy cord to secure. I
always show guests our two TV's as I point to TV in master stateroom, then
    swing out to salon.
