    When you reply to a TWL message what do you do?

    The proper method for replying is to use the "Reply" function of your email
    program. That will initially address your message to the poster of the
    message that you're responding to. That function was implemented
    intentionally a couple of years ago because too many messages were being
    sent to the list that would have been better left private. The moderator of
    the Ham Radio list explains the reasoning for this better than I can with
    the following:

     whether our reply really is of interest to the 1,000 or so people on this
