    The FCC callsign on my boat has stayed on the USCG documentation
    database unchanged through 3 owners. I'm hoping this means I don't
    have to apply for a new station license when I install a SSB next
    spring.

    Anyone know the rules on this? Browsing the FCC website wasn't very
    productive.
