This is some of the answer I received from the members of the rubber

To resist oil consider a nitrile compound. Neoprene might also work but
for oil nitrile is normally better.
Search for diaphragms or O-rings (www.savvysearch.com). Lots of dealers
and distributors will be listed and you can select on from you area, if
you are looking for a O-ring type Parker-Hannafin is a major
manufacturer.
If it is fuel then NBR type of elastomer is the best and used around the
world for this outstanding property.
In general, nitrile compounds will be the best bet. Neoprene and Hypalon
are more expensive and not quite as good as nitrile (NBR).

To fix my fuel tank, I am also considering Micro seal, after talking
with the sale person yesterday it seem to be a very good product.
