    Thanks to those who gave me feedback on Voyager's Mail Forwarding Service.
    I signed up with them. I promised to keep you all informed on my domicile
    research. Here's a site specific to New York, but, the author (lawyer)
    claims many states will model their audit programs after New York.

    Bottom line is "the devil is in the detail" and you've got to make sure ties
    are truly cut or be prepared for the above type of scenario. My plan is to
    make my "move" soon after January 1, 2001 so as to miss the "intangible
    property tax"
