    As dockmaster of my community, I fell in a few times while doing repairs
    (never used a hard dinghy for that purpose again.) To my surprise, there our
    wooden ladders were not distributed uniformly.

    I massed manufactured 10 ladders using polyurethane gule, dadoes, and
    stainless screws. On the next community workday, my neighbors installed the.
    We have lots of lawyers in the community (including my Wife -
    unfortunately.) No one questioned the addition or expense of 10 more ladders
    and we even put florescent flags on them.

    Get a different attorney.
