    Hi Rob

    I lived in Hong Kong for 3 years so I know whereof you speak. That
    shrinking piece of water between the Island and Kowloon wasn't named "The
    Fragrant Harbour" for nothing!

    It would be a good thing to avoid the same fate for our own harbours out
    here on Canada's "Left Coast", where "social responsibility" is a strongly
    promoted virtue that appears to be quite selective in its application, i.e.
    we love to criticize other peoples' shortcomings, but can live happily with
    our own.
