    Yes, there are. I'm sorry, but I don't have them available. I believe
    however that all of Puget Sound including the San Juans require the use of a
    holding tank If your boat has a holding tank bypass "Y" valve, the USCG
    will expect that bypass safety-wired closed with the valve in the holding
    tank position.
