    That's swinging pretty wide. I served on a ocean going Navy tug
    several decades ago and before the ICW was constructed (or at least
    finished), ocean going tugs were as plentiful as the barges they
    "tugged" between ports around the country. Unlike pleasure boats with
    faux workboat aesthetics, most work boats are purpose built for a
    particular job and most are superbly adapted for those purposes.
