Also, in some waters where piracy or vandalism could be a problem (like some
of those here in Asia), it is best to buddy boat. Most of the boats that
actually go on trips described in the book are sailboats. Louise-Ann and I
most often choose to run with the sailboats. When that is not a factor, we
look for the flattest water and lowest wind, which the sailboats cannot run
in (unless they become motorboats <grin>).
