Subject: posplot.zip program in nav. archive

Hi - can anyone send me the posplot.zip file from the archive please? -- I
have been tried (for a few days now) to download it, but it keeps on
canceling the download after about 40% of the file had transferred. (It
doesn't time out either, it happily downloads up to a point and then just
stops)
