To find DR on Celesticomp V I needed to know time at DR. To find time I
used the old D=rt were r=kt and assumed 95.4 mi was nm. Found time from
start to turn point was 10hrs 57 min 56 sec which gave the ZT time of
06:30:16 Plug in data in Celesticomp and out came DR.
