Subject: [Nml] H.O 211 glitch?

Is anyone familiar with H.O. 211 (Ageton)? It is still my favorite
manual method, and I have done hundreds of sight reductions that work
out fine. However, this one is driving me crazy. When I use the
computer or any other method, I get the expected Hc = 38d 30'... but
when I use H.O. 211, I get 38d 53'. Here is the particulars:
