Win98 has little to justify all of the aggro of trying to work around
the browser. Moreover, I'm more than a little disturbed to find there
is no simple way to load updates on stand-alone systems which, for any
of a number of practical reasons, do not have Internet access.
The Cap'n runs under Win98.
