Unfortunately, it is also the point (sorry, line ;) where the
new millennium will (locally) be ushered in. It will be interesting
to watch their wrangling over 'who is first'. Especially since
this will be affected by their current time zone affiliation and
(southern hemisphere) daylight saving regulations.
