[Nml] Nav Simulator wanted

I am seeking leeds to a navigtion simulator that will help me to learn
light patterns and sound signals for navigating in low visibility
situations. There was one on this list some time ago that I liked but I
lost it when my system crashed. The program that I am refering to also
covered nav regs.
Any good leads to this type of software( share ware) is appreciated.
