    Doug

Back in the swing after a regatta (race chair makes it a full weekend--too
many hats). Thank you for the "official" formulas. I am most likely ADD, so
it may take a few attempts.<G>

Regarding CFR 46 Subchapter Bravo Sections 10.201 thru 10.1000. I have not
done due diligence, but did make a few stabs at Googeling it. I keep coming
    up with public welfare info/programs.

Do you have a URL that might save me some surfing time?

    Thanks

    Bill
