    Thank you Pete. Not to late at all. By company policy I have to get three
    estimates. <G> It is interesting to see different practitioners with
    different methods cluster around the same answer, and the small variation.

    Eddie: 1.12kts @ 143.6d
    Pete: 1.2 kts @ 141d
    Bill: 1.1 kts @ 140.7d (yes, this is my FINAL answer ;-)
    USCG: 1.2 kts @ 141d
