Bill et al,
while I understand the reasoning behind the policy, I think a slight
relaxation of this policy might be ok. What do people think about a
maximum file size of 25kb?
A 9600bps modem is capable of downloads in the region of 0.6 KiloBytes
per second, so a 25kb attachment would take approximately 42 seconds
to download.
