Zed, offered several times his service to manage Nav-L.

I think I can perfectly go along with Frank,
but I want to save the Nav-L list.
On my opinion it is OK if two lists co-exist,
at least for some time. Until a majority decides which one
is better. Then the minority may decide to close the other
list or to continue with two lists.
So far we see much more trafic on the old, Nav-L list...
