Just bear in mind that the list (it's not a site, per se) is in the process
of moving to a different server. There is a minor change in the e-mail
address and a few other features but it's essentially the same thing. The address
to subscribe to the migrated list is
NavList-subscribe"AT"googlegroups.com
The address to post to the migrated list is
NavList"AT"googlegroups.com
The present server for the list has been losing messages at an increasing
rate and occasionally crashing out right --hence the move.
THE EASIEST way to join NavList, as it turns out, is to have me or another
manager add you by hand. So if anyone else wishes to be added by hand, please
let me know. It's easy for me, and you don't have to reply to any "is it
really you" messages.
