    I also had difficulties first.
    Here are the simple steps.
    1. Go to
    http://trials.galegroup.com/nlw2006/history.html
    2. Click on "Eighteenth Century Collections Online"
    A new page with "Basic Search" and "Subject areas" will pop up.
    3. Click on the "Medicine, Science and Technology" in subject areas.
    4. At the top of the page you will see "Basic Search".
    Write "Maskelyne" or "almanac" in the window and click "search".
