I have posted to the NavL download page a zip file from Peter Smith that contains two Excel spreadsheets. The file is named; ExcelNav.ZIP and the instruction submitted are,
“The theme for these forms is to enter your data in the blue cells and the results will be in the yellow cells. Angles should be entered as decimal degrees, and will be mirrored in the adjacent cells as degrees and minutes. So, to enter the angle 12° 34.5', enter "=12+34.5/60"; likewise, 12° 34' 56" would be entered as "=12+34/60+56/3600".”
You can download this at www.offsoundings.info/download/ExcelNav.ZIP
All the best,
