As far as I can tell the list is up and running
The Internet is NOT a land line service. Stuff happens, especially
during winter. Servers clog or go down, trunk lines fail.
You may also get deleted from the list by:
1. Going on vacation/Holiday and not stopping Navigation-l mail.
2. Letting your ISP mail box get full.
All will generate a "bounce" message to Navigation-l. After two or three I
will delete the offending address.
