The back cover AP3270 - Sight Reduction Tables for Air Navigation (UK version) contains a 50 year almanac for the sun. My copy of AP3270 is rather dated: 1953 - 2000 and it appears that Table 4 from this volume is no longer valid. If anyone would be kind enough to scan most recent version of table 4 and send it to me, I would be most grateful; alternatively this is probably on the web so if anyone knows of the URL, I would appreciate your passing it along.
