I would vote "bogus" from a photographic and physical vantage point for so
may dry but factual reasons. I've seen some pretty amazing "real"
photographs when various three-standard-deviations conditions combine for a
moment. This is not one of them. It defies more "laws" then you have
touched upon ;-)
