Very interesting. Checked an online almanac. Transit should occur
somewhere between 0 and 1 UT June 6, 2116. Nominal declination of the Sun
22d 40.2', Venus 22d 50.2'.
So the question becomes, how large can the difference of declinations be
when GHA is identical and still be termed conjunction? On the flip side of
the coin, if declinations are identical, how large a difference in GHA is
allowable?
