    Hello All,

    I just joined the list.

I bought my first sextant (David Mark 15) this year and a few books
and was looking around for more information on how to adjust my
mirrors when I found this mailing list.

I've always been fascinated by the idea of celnav (can I say it that
way?), and I haven't been disappointed by what little I have learned
thus far. I started sailing dinghies this year as the first step in
my long-term goal to sail from Japan to San Francisco (my two homes),
and though I probably should learn coastal piloting and other things
a little more useful in the immediate future, I couldn't help
jumping right to the interesting parts.

I figure I'll need some advice along the away, so I joined the list.

    Paul Flint
    Kawasaki, Japan
