    Dan said,
"Unless someone can provide a server with attachment space -- No attachments
    on the Navigation-L List."

    Dan,
I would be more then happy to expand the space that you use now for the Navl
page on my server. I will even go one-step farther and offer to manage the
files that people think should be available to other members of the group. I
do not think that sending things out to all members automatically is
appropriate because of the bandwidth problem, but the files can reside on my
server to be downloaded by any member who wants them.

If you want to consider doing this, you could make a link on your page that
points to an “Attachments” page and I will place any files sent to my e-mail
on that page to be available for download by others. If I run out of space,
the Hudson Fisheries Trust has offered to make space available for this
project on one of the servers they control. The link on the “Attachments”
page would be transparent to the user and he would not see any difference in
use between warehousing the files on one server or the other.

This might be the painless way to let the members share files and I think it
    is worth doing.
    All the best,
    Robert Gainer
