    I think they were dropped after the 1919 edition. Unfortunately my copy of
    that year is buried in some box as we are moving at the moment. I`ll let you
    know as soon as I have dug it up.

    There are lunar distance tables (predicted geocentric) in the 1916 German
    nautical almanac "Nautisches Jahrbuch". That's a few years later than
    elsewhere. Anyone know when they were dropped?
