    intended that way. For me, his suggestion that the two abbreviations
    could be confused immediately evoked a comical image of somebody
    attempting to plot a nanometer on a nautical chart, a scenario I
    consider pretty unlikely. However, I certainly respect and applaud
    Dan's attention to establishing unequivocal abbreviations.
