I like this idea. I also like the rough outline that you have provided.
For section 4 a suggestion might be a flow chart similar to what is used in
computer programming, with decision boxes that lead to you a selected method
and then a reference to a step by step procedure in the narrative. I think
could be an interesting and fun project for the summer. I know for me I
have notes on various aspects of celnav in a notebook, but they are not in a
coherent format that would be easy to follow for someone.
