When I spoke on the phone,
a secretary answered in excellent English.
Then this secretary served as a translator
when I communicated with other people.
I call her a secretary but actually she was responsible
for sales in 1/2 of the world (not invluding the US).
But several times she apologized that she works
for the company only recently and does not know
yet all technical terminology in English.
The person who was introduced as the one responsible for
sextant production as well as the person who did
the tests did not speak English.
