Higher normal tides or higher storm surge tides? Since the astronomical
factors are nearly maximal at the end of June, these should be close to the
highest normal tides (the highest predicted). Meteorological factors can easily
add to these or subtract for that matter, but those are unpredictable (as
unpredictable as the weather at least).
