The Canadian Hydrographic Service predictions are similar for here: Max/min
tides occur on June 23 and June 24 (9.5' higher high water, 0.3' lower low
water). These are big tides, a couple of inches more than we normally see.
The significance is that if we get a storm surge on top of that, then we
could easily have local flooding.
Frank's answer is very helpful in putting it all into perspective too.
