I have tracked this at the Oregon/Idaho Snake river PST/MST border and
the cell phone time change happens a couple of miles from the official
spot. In other areas it has taken many miles, because in some of these
out-of-the-way areas there is no digital coverage, only analog, and I
do not believe the time info is broadcast over analog - just over
digital.
