Yes, I afraid it is a dud.

I don't understand the question.
On the same pair of stars the measurement are consistent.
Stand dev is about 0.2'
But you cannot measure substantially
different distances with a same pair of stars.

Sure. I agree that more observations are necessary
to develop a reliable table.
So far it seems that only the very fact that such table
is necessary is established.
