but I am not sure whether it's free or Purdue pays for
subscription.
But I am afraid that my conclusion that it is a clever method
was somewhat premature:-)
Trying to describe it with my own words I found that it is
hardly practiceable with the sort of ordinary theodolites
I've ever seen:-) A theodolite with hudge objective lens
is needed...
