    On my opinion,
the horror stories about GPS faillure
and human blunders related to GPS cannot be used
as evidence that Cel Nav is somehow superior.
I am sure there are at least as many stories of Cel Nav
    faillure.

    Just recently (Jared Sherman, Oct 07 2004 - 21:28:03 EDT )
we read the story about a B-52 bomber, loaded with nuclear weapons
and using Cel Nav, finding itself 300 miles from the assumed position.

Columbus, having only a compass, and no reliable maps did much
    better in his second voyage:-)

    Alex.
