    But that's the type of noisemaker the buoy can have. But maybe it's only
    illuminated. Or maybe it has neither a sound-producing device or a light
    on it. So: sound buoys must be the construction I'm looking for a name
    for. Lighted buoys ditto. Combination buoys (which are both lighted and
    make sound) ditto. But these devices are add-ons to the basic buoy itself,
    and that's the name I'm looking for...
