Would anyone like me to post this paper online (not to the list)? It's great
fun, but monoglots beware --it's in French. I posted a link to this paper in
August, but it is only intermittently available so if anyone says yes, I will
put it up on my web site.

Yes, just bear in mind that these improvements (and others) were already
incorporated into Bowditch's main method which was publised well before Arnold's
work.
