The Navigation WEB page at " http://www.offsoundings.info/html/navl " is now functioning.
All nav-l files are available ONLY via the Navigation-L Web page using your browser. There is not anonynous FTP capability.
All files, by clicking, will download in a .ZIP format and must be unzipped after download.
Many thanks and my appreciation to Robert Gainer for providing the disk space at his site and for the time he spent helping Navigation-l get transfered.
