In the US the DeLorme state atlas and gazetteers all have a lat/long grid

In France the 1:25,000 topos, previously known as "serie bleue", and now known as "TOP25" currently have a UTM WGS84 grid for GPS use. There are also tick marks along the edges for lat/long, the Cassini grid and even grads of longitude from the Paris meridian

For driving in France the 1:100,000 maps are perfect. They used to be known as "serie verte", now they are TOP100. They show every village and track but do not have a good GPS useable grid.
