    I thought some of you may be interested in the NEW training programs at
    USNA. The topic of CELNAV is not specifically addressed, but major new
    initiatives are in place for a professional education. I edited out the
    items which were way off course.

    Two different companies, Kongsberg and Computer Science Corporation, are
    bidding for the Navy's simulator business. Each has a "full mission bridge
    simulator" at the Naval Academy, which helped to test and evaluate the two
    different units.

    When Marine Capt. Fran Clemens was growing up in Larchmont, N.Y., it seemed
