It appears that Colonel Mixter has slipped benieth the waves again, probably
for the last time. The first (1940) through sixth (1979) editions were
published by Van Nostrand (/Reinhold). The last (seventh, 1995) was by W.W.
Norton, ISBN 0393035085. It was still in your catalog in 2002; I believe
Landfall also used to carry it.
Best bet would be eBay.
