That's true. Vmap0 was originally released around ten years ago. It is a
minor re-edit of an earlier product which was called the "Digital Chart of the
World" or DCW. DCW was one of the first mapping data products which could be
acquired at minimal cost from a US govt agency. It is a VERY basic product, and
it's free for a reason. Although it's a good resource for certain odd data
types, mostly it has been superceded.
