A FAQ would be great. I could see it developing at two
levels: FAQ's for the experienced navigator and FAQ's to
help the beginner get started. I get frequent enquiries like
"I just bought a sextant, how do I learn to use it?" or "I
have a GPS but I'd really like to learn to navigate by the
stars - where can I go to learn how?" NAV-L need not post
the detailed answers but could put up such sites and could
point to existing appropriate sites in the FAQ's.
