Books for CN plotting

I have lots of literature explaining how to take and reduce CN sights, and
several coastal piloting books, but none of my books are very good at CN
chart plotting conventions. Bowditch, for example, has a fair chapter or
two on coastal piloting, but does not explain in sufficient detailhow a
navigator goes about chart-plotting CN fixes.

Can anyone recommend a CN book with the best chart-plotting content?

(I hope my newbie questions are not boring to this list. I live in a small
town in a relatively remote area, so I cannot look at books on shelf myself
    in order to choose one.)
