    I agree with George. I have been thinking about the problem as stated
    and
    there seemed something "fishy" about it. I do not doubt that somebody
    at
    IBM may have wondered, "are there such dips in the ocean that affect
    ships?" but I doubt
    that after some study that they came up with this conclusion.

    We should look into the IBM Maritime Center of Italy and see what they
    have to report officially.
