Hi Navigators,

my boating club acquaintance would like to know if it is possible to
purchase Nautical Almanac (year 2003) in some electronically readable
format.

The electronical data sheets would be later used by self made computer
programs which are used in order to check manual calculations.

I would appreciate any opinion or url on this.
